CLICK AND COLLECT

Orders received that have the click and collect option selected will be fulfilled and ready for collection within 24hours (please be aware we are closed on Sundays, apart from in December) -  upon special arrangement (direct message) we can have your item ready to collect on the same day. You will receive an email from us to inform you that your order is ready for collection. Once you have received this email please come into the Sevenoaks store at your next convenience - give us your name and show us a copy of your order confirmation (screenshot on your mobile device or print out is fine) and your order will be handed over to you.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders received that have the Free Local Delivery option selected and match the criteria of having a delivery address starting with a TN postcode will be delivered to you within 48hrs but we aim to meet a next day basis if possible. Once your order has been fulfilled and is scheduled in for delivery we will send you an email to inform you and to check that someone will be present at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

ITEMS SELECTED FOR DELIVERY -

All UK items will be posted out via recorded delivery by Royal Mail. All parcels and packages will require a signature on delivery. Items that are not signed for upon delivery will be returned to our office and email notification of this will be forwarded on. 
All Non- UK deliveries will be dispatched using various recorded delivery methods and again will require a signature upon delivery.
